Fit-for-purpose modern production systems ensure that fluids are cost-effectively transported with the highest possible safety from the reservoir to the processing facilities. Harsh environments such as deepwater fields with complex infrastructure or large-scale onshore developments pose many additional challenges that must be addressed by the production system design. The ability to accurately simulate such a broad range of scenarios and conditions has established the PIPESIM steady-state multiphase flow simulator as the industry’s leading tool for production system design.
OLGA-S is the steady-state prediction routine, or point model, from the OLGA* dynamic multiphase flow simulator. It is a mechanistic model that simulates each of the flow regimes in multiphase flow and determines the main flow properties, such as pressure drop, hold-up and flow regime. OLGA-S is developed by Schlumberger in cooperation with the Institute for Energy Technology. OLGA-S is delivered in binary form as a library that can be dynamically linked to a driver program. Most steady-state pipeline simulators have OLGA-S incorporated as a possible flow correlation, in addition to the standard correlations.

PVTsim Nova is an upgrade of the PVT simulation package PVTsim. PVTsim Nova complies to the standards of a modern .NET application ensuring full support from the Microsoft development platform. PVTsim has been used by leading oil producing and operating companies throughout the world.
Tempest is the name for Roxar’s reservoir simulation software suite. This version of Tempest has five separately licensable modules: Tempest MORE which is a full field black oil and compositional simulator. Tempest VIEW which provides facilities for pre- and post-processing data for the MORE, ECLIPSE, VIP, CMG and POWERS simulators, as well as running simulation jobs. It includes the Lift program for generating well performance tables and the Report Generator for tabular file output. Tempest ENABLE which is a statistical tool that you use with your reservoir simulator to manage and to aid the simulation process. ENABLE is used primarily for history matching, uncertainty analysis, and development optimization. Tempest PVTx which provides interactive equation of state modelling. Tempest VENTURE which allows economic analysis of any loaded simulation model for asset valuation and optimization.
OLGA-S is a steady-state point model for multiphase flow in wells and pipelines. It has a one dimensional three fluid model for two-phase hydrocarbon and water flow. OLGA-S is delivered in binary form as a library which can be dynamically linked to a driver program, e.g. a steady-state simulator for pipeline networks.

It provides a cost effective and integrated environment in which to accomplish complex workflows, forecasting analysis and visualization of reservoir and production data. OFM enables early detection of production problems and their cause, allowing engineers to manage more wells in less time unlocking the asset to produce at full potential.
The Thermo Scientific™ PerGeos™ software package offers an adaptable modular architecture that is designed to allow new capabilities to be rapidly deployed as soon as they are developed. Because of this inbuilt flexibility, PerGeos™ provides the user with an adaptive environment, perfectly suited for a range of daily interactions with core samples. As well as the automated image processing workflows that come as standard with the package, PerGeos™ is fully compatible with a suite of additional applications; each one providing a different user experience according to their specific needs. Each of these additional modules is designed to assist users in making specific statistical observations about the sample they are working with before transferring that knowledge (via a digital environment) to the entire asset team for interactive QC.
