The MOVE suite 2020 is the most complete structural modelling and analysis toolkit available. It provides a full digital environment for best practice structural modelling to reduce risk and uncertainty in geological models. The MOVE suite provides a platform for integrating and interpreting data, cross-section construction, 3D model building, kinematic restoration and validation, geomechanical modelling, fracture modelling, fault response modelling, and fault & stress analysis.

MOVE 2020 is now part of the Integrated Production Modelling software (IPM) 12.5 release. The first version was released in December 2020 and is available for download to all our maintained clients and academic users.

There is a unified single installer which now includes all Petex engineering and geological software, including MOVE, RESOLVE, REVEAL, GAP, PROSPER, MBAL, PVTP and OpenServer. This is important for the creation and execution of visual workflows that utilise both RESOLVE and MOVE via the Application Programming Interface (API).

Boundary element modelling to simulate displacement on faults, and geomechanical analysis of surrounding fracture systems.
