We are pleased to provide the 2023 Q3 release of the QUE$TORcost estimating software. All cost databases have been reviewed and updated to incorporate current unit rates, exchange rates and man hour costs for all regions to reflect third quarter (Q3) 2023 prices. The technical enhancements made to QUE$TOR 2023 Q3are outlined below. These changes have been made at the request of users and through internal review. We actively encourage feedback from users as a means of improving the functionality, accuracy, and ease of use of the program.

QUE$TORfrom IHS has been designed to produce high level estimates of the capital and operating costs of green field oil and gas developments. It will assist with project modelling, evaluation and subsequent decision making in the oil and gas industry.

Used by more than 500 energy estimators and managers in 50 countries, QUE$TOR provides concept screening, optimization and detailed oil and gas CAPEX/OPEX cost estimates. The QUE$TOR application suite includes QUE$TOR Offshore, QUE$TOR Onshore and QUE$TOR LNG Regasification modules.
